We offer:PLA,ABS,PETG & TPU Filaments for 3D Printer Or 3D Pen.PLA filament PLA filament(Polyactide), is a synthetic polymer, belongs to the polyesters and is made from natural, regenerative raw materials such as corn starch, making it one of the "biocompatible plastics". In addition to ABS filament, PLA is the most popular and most important printing material used in the FDM printing process. It is ideal for the first steps with 3D printing and is processed by almost all 3D printers. Unlike ABS, it doesn't smoke as much and has a pleasant, sweet smell. The printing temperature starts from 185°C and no heated printing bed is necessary. The printed objects are dimensionally stable and have a high impact and shock resistance (but lower than ABS). It is also ideal for small parts because there are almost no shrinkage problems (warping) when printing. PLA objects can be looped. The filament comes on a plastic spool. ABS filament ABS filament(Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is one of the most important printing materials in the 3D printing FDM process alongside PLA filament, but has certain differences. Due to its properties, however, it is one of the most commonly used plastics in the world. It impresses with its very hard, scratch-resistant surface, which is particularly resistant to oils, fats and high temperatures. The weather resistance, especially against UV, is one of the few disadvantages of ABS, although it is higher than that of PLA. Nevertheless, ABS finds many applications in model making and the automotive industry. When processed, it emits dark smoke smelling of burnt plastic, which should not be breathed in. Adequate ventilation and a closed pressure chamber are always recommended. ABS is a little harder to work with than PLA as this material has a tendency to warp. A heatable printing bed and a closed construction space as well as additional aids such as adhesive spray are recommended here. Milling, varnishing, painting, grinding and drilling can be used as post-processing methods to complete the end result.
