We offer Pensky Marten Flash Point Apparatusto our customers. (1) Thoroughly clean and dry all parts of the cup and its accessories before the test is started. Take particular care to avoid the presence of any solvent used to clean the apparatus after a pervious test. (2) Fill the cup with the oil to be tested up to the level indicated by the flling mark (3) Place the lid on the cup, and set the latter in the stove. Take care to have the locating devices properly engaged. Insert the thermometer. If is known that the oil will flash above 220 F (104 C), Select the IP 16 F or C thermometer ; otherwise, it is preferable to start with the IP 15 F or C thermometer and change if a temperature of 220-230 F (104- 110) is reached
