The Mini Sandblast Machine, 100 Kg, 3 Hp, built by S.K.Engineering & Shot Blast, uses mild steel that lasts through repeated rust removal work. It runs on a single phase 3 Hp motor and holds up to 100 Kg of abrasive - it suits medium sized jobs in a workshop. Two wheels let the operator move the unit across concrete or steel flooring without extra lifting. Once the abrasive valve opens, the motor drives an even blast stream that strips rust, old paint and surface dirt from steel plate, pipe or fabricated parts. The frame keeps the machine stable even when the tank nears its 100 Kg limit plus no part of the chassis flexes during transport. Controls stay within arm's reach - one worker starts, adjusts and stops the cycle without delay. After a session, the cleaned metal shows a uniform profile ready for welding, coating or further machining.
