Motor starts to run, while it won't rotate or get stuck or very low speed ? During spindle in stock period or when transportation, grease inside the bearings state will change, users should running at low speed for 1-2 hours. Run 30 minutes each 6000 rpm and then then 12000rpm , 18000rpm , 24000rpm . Spindle and the inverter should be working together. The inverter's specifications and parameter settings need match spindles parameter. Must avoid directly connect spindle motor with 220v or 380v electricity. Connection for spindle and inverter ? inverter have U ,V , W , and spindle have pin 1 , 2,3,4 , 220v or 380v after connect with vfd , then inverter power cord should be welding like this : 1+U , 2+V , 3+W ,and spindle port 4 with the ground line . After the power on, to check whether the spindle rotation axis is same with indicated direction or not , If direction is on the contrary , please immediately turn off , replace the inverter and spindle connected two wires randomly . Spindle cooled daily maintenance ? every day before using ,spindle must start at low speed at 15-20 mintues. And the cooling system is working properly, for water pump to confirm pump inside the water , and for water chiller , sure cooling ability .
