Acoustic Enclosure

CONSTRUCTION: - The sound proof room is modular, Cap on type (without base) & Noise shielding construction; the panel construction can be dismantled and re-erected. ROCK WOOL: - Confirming to IS-8183 & BS 476 of 96 kg/m3 density. 100 mm thick, Rock Wool is covered with Fiber tissue paper fire resistive.SOUND DAMPENING LAYER - TEXSA : - 04 mm thick Sound damping material, tested from LGAI Technological Center S.A. Applus + CTC, as per UNE-EN ISO 140-3:1995, Sound damping material having high density (2000 kg /m3), asphalt-free, visco-elastic, its special characteristics to reduces insulation leaks very considerably, owing to the resonance frequency and coincidence frequency typical of traditional building systems .This permits increasing the soundproofing throughout the whole frequency spectrum.DOOR: - Providing Acoustic door Hinge type/Sliding of required sizes. The door shall be fitted with neoprene rubber gasket and pressure lock to close tightly, so no noise leakage from door frame and shutter jointVENTILATION:- Proper air ventilation system is engineered to provide sufficient airflow inside the Acoustic Enclosure. We shall provided Axial flow fan of required size for fresh air inlet & hot Air Discharge, fitted with Crompton / ABB make electric motor.
