Groove Wooden Slats have longitudinal grooves and slats, Grooved acoustic panel machined along the length of the panel. The base core board is a 16mm thick Pre Laminated MDF board, Density – 700 Kg/m3 as per IS2380, Part – III 1977, Water Absorption (Max.) after 02 Hours 4.33% as per IS 2380 Part –XVI – 1977, Screw Withdrawal Strength (Min.) at face 1890 N as per IS 2380 Part XIV - 1977 also complies to Resistance of Steam, Resistance of Crack, Resistance of Cigarette burn &Resistance to stain.The Groove Size will be 2mm or 4mm at an interval of 14mm OR 28 mm or any size and Panel size will be 575mmx2440mm, all joints of wooden acoustic panel having dowel connection at 300mm c/c to avoid any sagging /unevenness or Tung & Grooved system. The colour shade of laminate can be as per Architects / Client's choice. Also black colour acoustic fleece pasted on back face. These panels can be place with 50 mm thick acoustic insulation backing which will enhance acoustic properties of entire system, NRC value is 1.0 tested
