Wooden Acoustic Fire Door , STC - 44 & 2Hr. Fire Rating

Providing and fixing of 60 mm thick wooden acoustic fire door with seasoned Hardwood frame (size 1250x 90mm with rebate of required size (door should have a 6mm thick glass visual panel). Shutter to be made using frame of 34x100mm section of chemically treated seasoned wood. All wood work shall be treated as termite free. 12 mm thick commercial plywood with 01 mm thick laminates of approved make and shade shall be fixed over and cavity shall be filled with acoustic and fire insulation material of 3mm thick MLV Sheet of min. 2000 Kg density & rockwool fire insulation material of 60 Kg/m3 density , periphery of shutter to be covered with 12mm thick lipping matching to shade of door shutter. Weather seal to be fixed on frame of door to fill the gap of shutter and wooden frame (chowkhat). Dropdown seal to be fixed in shutter to block gap with floor when door is closed.
