Method of Application CHEMXSEAL 32_17TM should be applied to clean dry, oil-free surface, by power extrusion or trowel uniformly to form a 2 wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallon/100 sqft. Total coverage is 40-45 sqft/gallon. • Allow the completed joints to dry for at least 24 hour above 25°C before pressure testing of ducts The drying time depends upon the temperature and humidity prevailing at a particular area / location Cleaning Clean with warm water and soap when wet. Mineral spirits when dry. Storage and Shelf Life Store under cover and protect from direct sunlight and temperature (>25° C). Shelf life is up to 12 months for unopened sealant tube, when stored as directed. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging. Packing It is available in 455 gram cartridge each. One carton contains 24 cartridge.
