Khalsa Ratooner with Fertilizer (stubble shaver) has four blades arranged on a rotor, which gets the rotational power from PTO of the tractor through a set of gear arrangement. The blades are designed to cut the canes just above the ground level without disturbing the adjacent rows. It has two tyne on either side of the machine to form earthing up on both sides of the sugarcane mechanism and the height of cutting can be adjusted by front wheel. (causes better ratooning). The implements/machines which are being employed for this job are rotary slasher/ shrub-, stubble shaver etc. The Ratooner (stubble shavers) has the swinging blades for cutting stubble/shrubs /grass, which cut the unwanted sugarcane crop to the level of the soil for better ratooning of the crop.
