Details: The Air Supply Unit(ASU) maintains a positive pressure inside the paint booth thereby restricting any entry of dust particles inside the booth and thus providing the operator an efficient environment to work. We at Tesmo, integrates such machinery as per actual paint shop requirements and site conditions. The booth is the most important equipment and therefore, its performance largely affects the overall performance of the paint shop. Salient features of Tesmo ASUs: For Powder coating applications, provision of Dry filtration. Complete moisture removal using PVC/SS mist eliminators. Humidity control using interlocking feature. Better thermal and noise insulation with Double skin puff panels. Cooling and heating features using chillers and burners for winter and summer respectively.
