The Automatic Four Head Air Jet Cleaning Machine is an efficient and comprehensive means of cleaning bottles on an industrial production line. The machine offers a variety of bottle cleaning head configurations (2, 4 or 6) to accommodate varying production requirements. Cleaned bottles output between 2400 and 7200 bottles per hour providing a high production capacity; and they use duplicate blowing motors (0.5HP X 2) powered using 415V/50HZ based electricity providing maximum quantities of constant and rapid air alongside the system's use. The operator's workstation is designed around an ergonomic height (860mm - 910mm) that ensures ease of operation and ease of allowing the system's design to fit within the current operator at all times. The Cleaning System's automation system allows for reduced manual effort and ensures that cleaning efficiency can be achieved consistently. The Cleaning System is designed to move left to right providing a seamless integration into any modern packaging operations and an uninterrupted flow of materials throughout the process cycle.
