Air shower is a two doors walk-through dust removal system, which is fitted prior to clean room entrance. The purpose offsetting up air shower system is to control the risk of spreading contaminants in the clean room environment by removing particulate matter on the personnel by throwing class 100 airflow. Air shower machine throws high velocity HEPA filtered air through jet nozzles which removes particulate matter (includes solid and liquid particles suspend in air and some of them are hazardous in nature). Outer cabinet made of MS Powder Coated OR Stainless Steel 304 Grade. Complete with Two doors are fitted in a system, one at entrance and one at exit. Doors are made of MS Powder Coated OR stainless steel. Handles and hydraulic door closers are fitted for easy access of door. Electromagnetic interlocking allows opening of single at one time; thus, prevents unwanted contamination inside the machine. Fitted with emergency switch both doors open immediately. Fitted with Dynamically balanced motor, LED Lights with milky white diffuser 5/15 Amp switch socket for external equipment's 304 & Aluminum (Anodized) Air Nozzle Electromagnetic Inter locking system to ensure that both the doors cannot open at the same time & to ensure that both the doors stay locked during the time of air flow SS 304 Sandwiched doors with toughened glass view panel with proper gasketing with low noise level. Having two stage filtration Fine Filter – (efficiency 95%down to 5 micron) & HEPA Filter Supply (99.999%) down to 0.3 micron). Power 220-230 Volts AC Supply.
