Material: The structural material of office interior will be conforming to ISI. The Raw material test certificate shall be submitted along with supply and at the time of Pre- Shipment Inspection(s). Design Parameters: The office interior shall be designed for the following loads: I. Dead Load: Self-weight of the structure II. Seismic load: Seismic load shall be calculated as per IS 1893 (Part 1): 2016 III. Load Combinations: A judicious combination of the loads specified above to be taken in consideration, keeping in view the probability of their simultaneous action and their disposition in relation to other loads and severity of stresses or deformations caused by combinations of the various loads is necessary to ensure the required safety in the design of a structure. IV. Other Criteria of design: a. Framework shall be robust and self-supporting b. All joint should be continuous, wherever possible. c. Deflection criteria shall be as per IS code
