Induction Annealing Machine

Induction Annealing is a heat treatment process which involves heating of material above its recrystallization temperature. The aim is to reach and maintain a suitable temperature for enough time followed by proper cooling.Induction Heat-Treating is the controlled heating and cooling of a metal or alloy in order to obtain a set of desired metallurgical properties. Induction annealing is the process by which induction heat is applied to increase a materials' malleability in order to make it more workable.The induction annealing machine is designed to anneal austenitic stainless steels and copper by induction, with manual or automatic feeding. The machine is provided with a cooling chamber which can filled with inert gas for blanketing when bright annealing is requested.
