Pit Pot Type Annealing Furnace

The furnace casing consists of a steel shell surrounding and electrically welded steel frame. The lining consisting of Ceramic fiber modules. It is provided with a gas tight POT made out of heat resistant steel. The insulated door closes the retort gas tight. The gas tight sealing between retort and retort cover is achieved by water cooled neoprene ring and hand wheel operated quick acting clamps.
