(Heavy duty Biodegradable Semi synthetic thick fluid lubricant, especially for use on medium-size to large girth gear drives, Rotary Grinding Mills & Kilns) DESCRIPTION: OGL 14K/18K/25K FLUIDPRESS HD is a premium lubricant of a new generation developed specifically for the lubrication for very high powered medium to large size with low speed gear drive to large girth gear drives tooth flanks, rotary mills & kilns. It is synergistic high performance biodegradable organic fluids blend with very high viscosity base oil and synthesized hydrocarbons, resulting in "gel-type" compounds with thixotropic properties, which ensures thicker and stronger film stability form a ring is capable to resist the large heavy loaded in roller mill bearings & large girth gear drives at minimal consumption. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additives with white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) technology an improvement friction modifier additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavy vibrations & high shock loads. Its high viscosity at all temperatures boosted with exclusive additives based on bismuth gives it an incredible extreme pressure performance with functional lubricant film from -20°C to + 120°C. OGL 14K/18K/25K FLUIDPRESS HD additive is non-toxic ecofriendly, it doesn't contain any bitumen, heavy metals, chlorine and solid particles or any other type of solvents. It has been formulated to environmental protection engineering norms. Its chemistry provides high shock loads and heavy vibration, high temperature & low speed both exist in indoors and outdoors in both cold & high temperature applications and gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and wear of the friction elements, avoiding seizure & expensive repairs.
