6 Axis Industrial Robot

Six-axis robots are a type of articulated robot and the most common for industrial manufacturing. They provide the flexibility, strength, and reach needed to complete most applications including welding automation, material handling, material removal, and painting.A six-axis robot, as the name suggests, has six axes. Each axis is a joint that allows the robot to move in a different way (rotate, twist, etc.). These different movements are referred to as degrees of freedom.
