Asphalt Batch Mix Plant

The asphalt plants or asphalt mixing plant is one plant that is used for mixing the dry warm aggregate, padding and Asphalt for homogeneous mixture at the required temperature. And it is widely used to the construction of highway, city road and parking lot. Asphalt mix plants are used to create hot mix asphalt. It mixes aggregates and bitumen to create the hot mix paving material. The aggregates here can be a single-sized material or it can be a blend of various grades/sizes of materials. The basic types are batch type and continuous type. Batch type makes HMA in batches and the latter makes HMA in a continuous process. But the difference is not just as simple as this.
