Ltd.Input Components : Knuckle, Drive Shaft, Strut and nuts,which form part of the sub-assembly called,"Corner Module" in AutomobilesDescription: The operation involves hydraulic pulling of drive shaft into knuckle with load monitor,assembling Strut over Knuckle and completing the assembly by driving nuts and bolts with 2 servo nutrunners. The equipment handles multiple variants with Quick-Changeover toolings and 2-axis servo positioning system for moving the nutrunner to different positions.Control: PLC controlled, Load cells for load monitor, Servo Driven positioning, Hydraulic controls for assembly, Pneumatic control & MMI as front end.Poka-Yoke : Load cell to confirm effective assembly and sensors to detect variants and positions.
