Jumbo Bagging System

Jumbo weight Pac Machines are designed specifically for filling Jumbo Bags. These machines are based on electronic weighing principles using Load cell sensors and controlled by Microprocessor based Bagging Controllers. The feeding system is selected based on material characteristics. Various feeding systems such as gravity feed, belt feed, screw feed, vibration feed, etc. are selected after evaluating the material characteristics. The bags are fed into the machine where they are, filled with the product with targeted weight, and then sealed/stitched further after coming from Bag-holder. A variety of materials and bulk products are packaged by using this machine In Jumbo Weight pac machine, material is filled into the bag. Load cell suspension system and 24 bits analog to digital conversion ensures speed and accuracy.
