Using pressing on the version of heating, shortening the heating time of plastic and reducing the heating temperature and power, thereby enhancing the plastic's stability and prolonging the life of the heating plate. Air cushion heat-sealing: when shutdown, the net plate raised automatically by the cylinder, which eliminates the deformation of the blister during shutdown caused by the thermal radiation, cleans and exchanges net plate easily and cushions . That helps to extend life of the machine.All parts in contact with the medicine surfaces (including two feeding) are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, in full compliance with GMP requirements.
