Stainless Steel grade 304 square pipe structure with Doors. Drive motor and Gear mechanism. Mirror at backside for for checking of bottle leackage from bottom side. Pressure alignment level for different size. Star plate to transffer bottle. Collection tray at the bottom side to collect leacked liquid of bottle. Operation : Bottle will feed manually on to the conveyor between two clits. Bottle will get transfer to the star wheel with the help of conveyor and star wheel lift up the bottles and it transfer to rotary wheel where Leck check operation get perform. Operator removes the rejected Bottles Manually. After leak check operation bottle is transferred for furhter operation.
