Stainless Steel Automatic Bottle Capping Machine, Capacity: 30 Bpm

The Automatic Bottle Capping Machine receives the filled bottles and conveys them onto the turret. The turret indexes the bottles by means of a ratchet mechanism. The indexed bottles take a cap from the cap feeder which feeds caps received by it through a chute oriented in one direction by means of a universal hopper. The capped bottles are then indeed under the reciprocating spinning head for perfect pilfer and leak proof sealing. Further indexing discharges sealed bottles to proceed further for inspection. Salient Features: Parts coming in contact with the bottle or the Aluminum cap or exposed to the atoms-phere are made out of Stainless Steel for long life, good house keeping and good manufacturing practice. Single motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheels and sealing head. The speed can be varied by the hand wheels provided at the end of motor slide. Star wheels is equipped with safety clutch for automatic stoppage of machine in case of jamming or overloading through micro switch. Hand wheel given at the end of motor slide is utilized to change the speed of machine. Damage cap quantity can be reduced by adjusting the gap between upper and lower plate of the orientation unit.
