Automatic Carton Sealer Machine

The Automatic Carton Sealer Machine is a tool that seals corrugated boxes on lines that package goods. It is able to process boxes that are as small as 180 x 300 x 130 mm and as large as 600 x 500 x 500 mm. It is capable of sealing approximately 600 units every hour when the conveyor moves at a speed of 16 meters per minute. In the CX2EX / SP-102-PLS configuration, the table is 830 mm high so that it matches standard conveyor systems. If a user requires pneumatic functions, they can add an air supply of 2 - 3 liters at a pressure of 5 bar. For its physical structure, the machine measures 6650 x 1420 x 1565 mm and has a weight of 385 kg. As a result of this design, the ETSPACK machine is able to run for long periods without stopping. By using this system, the operator ensures that the boxes stay square and the tape is placed in the same way every time.
