Automatic Cup Filler Machine

This machine has volumetric cups in which the material is filled from the top hopper. The volume of the cup is adjusted in a manner by the adjusting nut that the volume of the material in the cup can be adjusted and the final desired weight of material can be achieved.The Auto-Fill™ is an automated gate system that organizes the bottles on the conveyor. The Auto-Fill can be set up to release one or more bottles into the filling area, depending on how many nozzles your filling machine has.Level filling machines work by using vacuum, pressure or gravity. A level is pre-determined and set on the machine, and then the mechanism fills containers or bottles to this level. A vacuum might be used to initiate the flow of liquid or powdered products at low or medium speed, such as wine or milk powder.
