Automatic Fly Ash Brick Plant

Fly ash bricks absorb less heat and considering the Indian climate, it makes it better when compared to clay bricks. From the cost front, it requires less mortar during construction. Further, the machine that we provide requires less labour too. The manufacturing process of fly ash brick requires fly ash, sand/stone dust, lime and gypsum to be mixed in a suitable proportion. Lime and gypsum are first ground in pan-mixture with optimum water. Ash and sand/stone dust are then added into the pan-mixture to from a uniform mixture.
