It is fully automatic plus moves at a rate of 30 - 60 packs per minute so that production is efficient. With a PLC HMI control system, the machine regulates every station and coordinates them so that they work together accurately. There are more than 12 stations in the system which are integrated to make the workflow direct. As it is compatible with laminated roll materials, the machine makes packs that are closed tightly but also meet cleanliness standards. For this type of line, the structure supports the use of cartons and keeps the quality of the output the same over time. An end-of-line shrink wrapper is present to seal the products as well as make them look ready for display.
