Automatic Powder Packaging Machine

The Automatic Powder Packaging Machine is a fully automatic unit with a collar type design. It packs fine powders into 50 g pouches in a way that is clean and consistent. For the filling process, an auger filler is used because it keeps the dosage accurate between 1 g and 10 g. By building the machine in India, the company Arceus ensures that it produces about 20 packs every minute. As it operates the machine uses 3 kW of electricity to maintain a balance between energy consumption plus output for small-to-medium production lines. To form the pouches, the unit uses a collar type mechanism and a strong sealing assembly. With those parts the machine creates pouches that are straight but also prepared for sale. In this process the machine uses a low amount of film and makes seals that do not break easily.
