Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine

Designed to cap a number of containers with screw lids quickly and accurately on either side of a production line, the Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine contains a single capping head which produces 2,000 to 3,000 containers per hour. It is powered by a 1HP motor and operates at 415 volts/50 hertz in a stable, consistent manner. The 300-watt, cup-style feeding bowl automatically feeds caps (replenishes) into the capper, thereby providing an uninterrupted supply of caps to the capping operation. The entire system is fully automated so that operator effort is minimized and, consequently, operating efficiencies are maximized. This capping machine is intended for use in the latest packaging plants with the projected result of durability and longevity of use. For industrial processes, it will produce capping results that are consistently accurate, securely applied, and of high quality.
