Continuous Electromagnetic Induction Sealing Machine

The Induction Cap Sealing Machine operates on the principle that a conductive material i.e. Al Foil heats up, when exposed to high frequency magnetic field, which is generated by an Induction Unit. The entire process is a non-contact without any direct heat transfer.The energy gets transferred to the foil liner(aluminium foil), which creates heat. The heat then melts the foil liner material. The liner then creates a durable hermetic seal on the container once it cools down. It creates an airtight seal where the product remains free from any contamination or leakage.
