Tyre Changer Machine

A tire changer is a machine used to help tire technicians dismount and mount tires with automobile wheels. After the wheel and tire assembly are removed from the automobile, the tire changer has all the components necessary to remove and replace the tire from the wheel.Used to take the tire/tyre off the wheel assembly. Mounted to a rim/wheel the “changer” is run by a technician or individual who knows how to operate the equipment. The changer removes the tire from the rim in an efficient way without damage to the rim/wheel itself.Most of the parts of a tyre changer are operated via pneumatic controls. These feed compressed air into sealed aluminium chambers which push against a rubber seal connected to a rod. This moves the push rod up and down the chamber and in turn moves the connecting parts such as the jaw clamps.
