Bamboo Hydraulic Splitter Machine

Our Bamboo Hydraulic Splitter Machine is designed to split the bamboo to required number of pieces. The machine is capable to split a bamboo of diameter 0.2 metre or 8 inches. It uses various grills, namely parallel or radial grills, to do the operation. In case of board making plant, parallel edges are required in for the bamboo splits. This can be achieved by using specially developed grills. The grill has parallel blades, which split the bamboo to number of pieces with nearly parallel edges. Grills with 'zero' centre can be used to split a nearly solid bamboo. The machine also has the advantage to be paused at any point of its operation, and thus even bent bamboo can be split, which in turn increases productivity. Hence, the machine can be said to be able to split all types of bamboo for both stick making and board making plants.
