Banana Chips Making Machine

After soaking, the fruit's flesh is drained. Next, the banana is fried in hot oil at 180oC until golden yellow, dry, and cooked. Then, the banana chips are drained using a spinner (a slicer driven by an electric motor). Furthermore, chips are packaged using polypropylene plastic with a 0.06-0.08 mm thickness. They are very sweet and have an intense banana flavor. These are ideally made from bananas that are fully ripe.
