Band Sealer Machine

Band sealers are very versatile, therefore it can seal thermoplastic bags of any size, length, and thickness up to 500 micron The maximum seal width is 10mm. The variable conveyor belt speed is adjustable to accommodate materials varying in thickness. Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.
