Band Sealing Machine

A band sealer is a machine which uses heat and pressure to consistently seal pouch packaging in a continuous fashion. All devices feature a conveyor band or roller system to draw the pouches through the machine to apply a consistent heat and pressure forming a airproof, hermetic seal.A sealer is a special type of primer designed to be used with, or in place of, a primer. A sealer prevents the topcoat from soaking into the substrate, and to a degree, can create a water-resistant layer between the substrate and topcoat.
