Lava Grill/Stone (Electric)

Lava stone grills are increasingly used in restaurants, both for meat and fish cooking and for vegetables. A gas burner heats the lava stone set under the grill: the lava stone itself then slowly gives off heat to the food for a long time, allowing for perfectly uniform cooking of the whole load.
