Heat resistant labels in Brady's UltraTemp™ Series are built to perform in PCB assembly and cleaning processes. These labels can withstand temperatures up to 500°F and harsh chemicals, making them ideal for reflow, wave solder and board washing. They are also available in a variety of options including anti-static (ESD) labels and auto-apply equipment labels.This B-430 polyester with clear printing surface has a permanent acrylic adhesive that stays adhered to surfaces in autoclave, freezer and liquid nitrogen environments. Clear polyester labels are designed for use in barcodes, alphanumerics, graphic symbols and logos and require nameplate-like quality. Low-profile tape adheres to surfaces that are smooth, rough, or powder coated, as well as to irregular surfaces or surfaces with low surface energy. Permanent acrylic adhesive and a protective coating, and prints on clear background with a translucent surface UL approved; CSA accepted.
