Description
· Sizes Offered:60", 66", 72", 84", 96" to 120" · Main Rolls:Ebonite/Stainless Steel · Mounting Framing:The Frame is made of Stainless Steel/ Graded Cast-Iron. · Gear Box:The Drive to the main roll is given through Helical gearbox resulting in constant fabric speed or complete gearbox drive 5 HP or 7.5 HP with Inverter Drive and Brake system so that tension on fabric remains constant. · Liquor Tank:Stainless Steel trough fabricated out of 304/316 quality. At the bottom two stainless steel guide rolls of 3 mounted on hylam bearing. Provision for drain, overflow provided. · Heating Device:Perforated steel pipes for direct heating & coil if required for indirect heating provided below the guide rolls. · Oscillating Device:Fitted above the trough consisting of self balancing rocker with guide rolls of 3 and adjustable pipe expander to give stretched and creaseless passage of the fabric. · Main Drive:5 HP Standard electric motor fitted below the gear box. Inverter Drive is provided for Variable speed control. Reverse forward starter with panel box.
