Biological Safety Cabinet

The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sunmica clad. Interior surfaces are epoxy painted for its longer life. The work table is made of Heavy gauge S.S.sheet a is fitted with U.V.Germicidal Light, static pressure manometer,exhaust system (suitable for 6 feet duck) & virus burn out unit. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexiglass duly framed. The unit is fitted with prefilter Et hepa filter. Air is drawn through prefilter a is made to pass,through highly effective hepa filters having the efficiency retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron & larger. Using a dynamic balancing machine, the blower a motor assembly is statically & dynamically balanced. Motor if 1/4 H.P. capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit. The height of the working table provides a comfortable "sit down" working position for the operator. In addition to the above futures of a standard vertical laminar flow bench, the "SCIENCETECH" bio-safe cabinets have arrangements for re-circulating a part of the air thus creating highest level of clean air. The unit is also convertible to the conventional vertical laminar flow bench with downward air flow by lifting the sliding front door upwards. Air is sucked through the pre-filter & the excess air Is thrown out from the top through a hepa filter of size 1 'xtx6'. Supplied with glove ports Et gauntlets, hepa filter, prefilter, U. V.
