Single Seater Bio Toilet

A Bio-Toilet is a complete waste management solution which reduces solid human waste to Biogas and pure water, with the help of a bacterial Inoculum. Bio-toilets have been invented jointly by the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and Indian Railways. Bio-toilets contain anaerobic bacteria in bio-digester containers under the toilet that turn human faeces into water and gases.A biodigester toilet system utilises the anaerobic digestive process to break down and clean toilet waste – the result is less solid waste, relatively clean water output and the release of harmless gas into the environment.
