As the machine operates, it produces packs that weigh between 500 and 1 000 g. There is a frame made of stainless steel that is 2600 mm long, 1600 mm wide and 1300 mm high. Due to the weight of 750 kg, the structure is stable. For the parts that touch the product, the surfaces are clean. In every cycle the seals are made with the same pressure and temperature. It is necessary to provide 4 kW of power to run the machine. When the film moves through the system, the parts control it with accuracy. To prevent the product from breaking into pieces, the mechanisms move the items with low force. If a user needs to change the settings for a different task, the controls are simple to operate.
