Single Door Blast Freezers

Blast freezers come in a variety of configurations, from single-load freezers that freeze batches of products, to “continuous” freezers such as tunnel freezers that continuously freeze product as it moves through the freezer on a conveyer belt. The primary goal in blast freezing is fast freeze times.The difference between a freezer and a blast chiller is that a freezer holds food at below freezing temperature while a blast chiller cools food quickly by blowing cold air over the food product and gradually dropping the temperature in the chamber.
