Cooling Blender The Cooling Blender Machine is designed to cool the roasted products through cooling water circulating jacket along with the cooling tower. The Cooling blenders are most idle for inline production systems, used in the manufacturing of premix. The cooling blender machine is available in capacities ranging from 200 L to 5000 L or more as per customer requirements and can be fabricated in Complete Stainless Steel or contact parts in Stainless Steel construction. It is used to cool the roasted (hot products) from 90 -120 Deg. C to 45-40 Deg. C. Increasing awareness to retain the hygienic conditions of the roasted product, with hand free operation has forced us to develop the blender machine with cooling arrangements to cool the roasted products.
