Automatic Blister forming Machine

Blister packing machines are special machines that are used as unit-dose packaging for tablets, capsules, etc. The device has a component of a bubble pack that may be a cavity or pocket made up of a formable film, usually a thermoformed plastic or cold-formed aluminum film.Blister packaging is commonly used for small items like batteries, medicines and toy cars. While medicines are normally thought of as being contained in a blister pack, anything that has a plastic front and another material (usually cardboard) for the back is considered a blister package.Instead of forming bags from a roll of flat packaging material, this machine is loaded with bags that are already formed into their end shape (premade pouches). The bags are then fed into the machine where they are opened, filled with product, and sealed shut.
