Automatic Blister Vacuum Forming Machine

Thermoforming is the process of the heating a plastics sheet and shaping it with air pressure or vacuum on a mold. After the sheet is formed, it is cooled to obtain the final form. In vacuum forming a negative pressure is used in the molding step.PVC base film is fetched from the reel and before it is fed into the blister forming unit. Blisters get continuously formed and the web is taken to the sealing station by using a guide track. There is also a suitable automatic filling system provided in the machine.Blister packaging machines seal products in a pre-formed cavity or pocket made from a formable web, usually made of PET (polyethylene terephtalate) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride). This usually has a backing of paperboard or a lidding seal of aluminum foil or plastic.
