Description

The process consists of blowing a molten thermoplastic against the inside walls of a female mold cavity and chilling it to a rigid solid product. The IBM machine (IBMM) has an integral injection unit and a multi-impression mold assembly in which the mold cores are usually mounted on a rotary table.
