Vacuum Blower

Vacuum blowers provide low vacuum levels at a high-volume flow rate, i.e., they have a high suction capacity. Vacuum blowers are also termed 'side channel compressors' and transfer the kinetic energy of a wheel to the air converting the rotary motion into pressure and hence vacuum.At the center of the vacuum is a small compartment containing a high speed fan, which is connected to intake and exhaust hoses. As the fan spins, air is pushed out of the small compartment and into the exhaust fan, The blades (A) transport, accelerate and compress the air on the momentum principle. The air is dragged by the blades in this case. A vacuum is created at the suction end (B) this way.Blowers serve three main functions: heating, cooling and air flow. Heating blowers direct warm or hot air into cooler areas.A blower uses high-pressure air jet flow to blow the leaves away, while a leaf vacuum uses high suction power to suck the leaves inside the collection bag.
