Oil Mill Machine

An oil extraction machine, also called an oil press or expeller, uses high pressure and heat to “squeeze” the oils out of a plant product. Those products — including seeds, nuts, vegetables, fruits and leafy plants — release their oils through this mechanical process, which is often done without adding any chemicals.Oil is extracted by three general methods: rendering, used with animal products and oleaginous fruits; mechanical pressing, for oil-bearing seeds and nuts; and extracting with volatile solvents, employed in large-scale operations for a more complete extraction than is possible with pressing.The working principle of the oil expeller machine is to forcefully push the oilseeds and nuts through the barrel by the action of the revolving worm. Due to increased pressure of worms, the oil squeezed out from the seeds and turns out through holes. After pressing, the crude oil and oil cake are obtained.
