Egret PLUS 300 Line Boring Machine

Tantalite has introduced new Egret PLUS 300 Line Boring Machine to meet the maintenance requirements for excavators and quarrying equipment in general. There are many other line boring applications where this line boring machine could be utilized, therefore making it one of the most versatile machines available in the on-site machining business. Repairing worn hinge points on loader arms or buckets, can prove difficult when cutting off the worn area and trying to weld on new hinge points whilst keeping everything lined up. A simpler method is to use the TantaITE’s Egret series portable Line Boring Machine. If the holes are not badly damaged, you can simply weld them up, attach our line Boring Machine and re-bore them to original dimensions. If the hinge points are so damaged that the entire area needs to be replaced, weld on new sections with slightly undersized holes, then quickly re-bore them to original dimensions whilst keeping everything in proper alignment. Our line boring machines support boring diameters from 38mm to 1800mm with the precision and speed of stationary machines. Specially designed mounting brackets, spherical bearings, self-centering setup cones, and movable rotational drive and feed units simplify setup and allow the tools to work in spaces too tight for most line boring machines.
