Pet Bottle Capping Machine

The die consists of a bush with knurling, which grips the outer of the plastic cap. When the motor is switched on, the die rotates at a speed of 100 rpm. The cap is placed on the PET bottle to be capped. The foot is pressed and the bottle is placed on the neck holding arrangement provided.The plastic caps are usually made of Polyethylene Terephthalate, Polypropylene, Low-Density Polyethylene, High-Density Polyethylene, Polyvinyl Chloride, Polystyrene and Polycarbonate.
